Moving across the world was not an easy decision for Amir, the owner of AL-SHAMI. Pursuing a dream in Culinary Arts, he started his journey in sharing his love for his cultural foods at Johnson Wales University, cooking and educating those around him about Middle Eastern delicacies. Thirty years later, Amir continues to live out his dreams through the delicious Syrian meals and dishes he cooks for customers. His business, AL-SHAMI, embodies all characteristics that he brought with him during his move from Syria to America, allowing us to share our love for background and culture with our valued customers.
