Shima Salehi is a Research Assistant Professor at Stanford Graduate School of Education and director of the IDEAL Research Lab, part of Stanford’s initiative on inclusivity, diversity, equity, and access in learning communities. Her work focuses on science and engineering education, especially how to design inclusive instructional practices and improve problem‑solving skills in STEM learning.
