Qais Amarkhil is an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering and Construction Management at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). He earned his B.S. (2009) from Kabul Polytechnic University and later completed his M.S. (2019) and Ph.D. (2022) at Purdue University.
