Ahmed El-Moghazy is an Assistant Professor and Cooperative Extension Specialist of Food Safety at the University of California, Riverside (UCR). He is a participating faculty member in the Materials Science & Engineering Graduate Program, the Microbiology Graduate Program, and the Artificial Intelligence Research and Education Institute (RAISE@UCR). His work focuses on food safety, biosensors, nanofibers, and electrochemical sensing technologies, aiming to develop innovative solutions for microbial detection and public health.
