Ahsan S. Syed, MD, is a pediatric anesthesiologist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Syed received his medical degree from the King Edward Medical College, University of Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan, and completed a residency at Cook County Hospital, Chicago, Illinois. He then completed a pediatric fellowship in anesthesia at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. He supervises and teaches fellows, residents, SRNAs and CRNAs daily in the operating room. Dr. Syed is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
