Dr. Alain P. Algazi, MD is an Associate Professor of Medicine (Hematology/Oncology) at UCSF and a leading specialist in head and neck medical oncology. He directs UCSF’s program in medical therapy for head and neck cancers and chairs the Head and Neck Cancer Research Committee. His research focuses on clinical trials of immunotherapy and novel approaches to enhance anti-tumor immune responses, particularly in advanced melanoma and head and neck cancers.
