Azadeh Ansari is an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Michigan and completed postdoctoral work at Caltech before joining Georgia Tech. Her research focuses on nanotechnology, MEMS/NEMS, and advanced semiconductor devices for RF and communication systems. Widely published and recognized, she bridges fundamental nanoscience with practical electronic design. Through her work, she is helping shape the future of miniaturized, high‑performance technologies.
