Mustafa Ruzgar is a Professor of Religious Studies at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). He earned his B.A. from Uludag University in Bursa, Turkey (1997), and later completed his M.A. (2001) and Ph.D. (2008) at Claremont Graduate University. He joined CSUN in 2009 as part of the College of Humanities, Department of Religious Studies. His academic focus lies in religious thought, comparative traditions, and humanities education.
