Food Roll Sales (Niagara) Ltd. is an industry leader in fully cooked, frozen food manufacturing (IQF), foodservice (bulk) and private label (foodservice or retail packaging), located in the Niagara region. We are one of the first processors of fully cooked, IQF chicken wings in Canada, providing quality, reliable service for over 30 years. We specialize in various types of chicken wings, chunks, drumsticks, and more. We proudly service all types of clients, from small retailers and distributors to large multi‐national retail chains and food processing giants, coast to coast. Core to our business is the maintenance of HACCP standards at every step of the production process. Clients and consumers alike demand nothing short of absolute quality without sacrificing safety. Food Roll Sales has responded with standards that meet or exceed HACCP guidelines at every critical control point from the arrival of each ingredient at our dock, to the finished product’s arrival in your freezer.
Our primary focus is the production of the highest quality chicken products for our clients. We uphold to the highest standards under HACCP (SQF Level 2) and WSIB guidelines for both food and employee safety. At Food Roll Sales, we continue to pursue our commitment to develop new flavours, recipes and cooking methods, while continuing to expand the scope and scale of our operation in all functional areas. We are CFIA inspected (#382). We are also happy to provide certified Organic (AABF) and Halal (INFANCC) products.
