Hossein Montazerian is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Utah. He directs the BioMINTech Lab (Biomaterials Laboratory for Minimally Invasive Technologies), where his research focuses on biomaterials, bioelectronics, bioadhesives, and bioprinting technologies. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA (2023), with work on polycatechol-functionalized gelatin bioadhesives for sutureless wound closure.
