Iftikhar Dadi is the John H. Burris Professor and Chair of the Department of History of Art and Visual Studies at Cornell University. He also directs the South Asia Program and serves on the board of the Institute for Comparative Modernities. His research focuses on modern and contemporary art from South and West Asia, studied through a global and transnational perspective, with interests in methodology, intellectual history, film, media, and popular culture.
