Acquire Marriage License and two marriage certificate applications from the city.
Complete
Nikah Application
on ICC website.
Fill Groom’s and Bride’s information correctly.
Fill in the Agreed Dowry/Mahr (Advance Dowry + Postponed Dowry = Total Dowry).
Pay the Marriage fee ($250.00) online through PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit.
Contact ICC office at (216) 362-0786 during office hours to set up an appointment.
