As part of its community outreach, ICNE provides the marriage services in accordance with the Islamic code of marriage and the State regulations. This service is offered FREE of charge. Before requesting it, however, the applicant must first obtain a “Marriage License” from the City/Town Hall of his/her residence in the State.
