Islamic Games started 1989 by a group of Muslim youths from Queens, NY. Annual games were held where Muslims would gather to compete. Imam Siraj Wahhaj and Imam Zaid Shakir were among some of the early participants.
We organize and promote structured competitive opportunities that would inspire athletes to pursue their full potential while developing healthy habits for strong communities.
