The Islamic Shoura Council of Bakersfield is an umbrella organization for the Bakersfield Muslim Community and is currently comprised of the following participating organizations: Alfarooq Islamic Center, the ICSJV, and the Cal State Bakersfield Muslim Student Association. In addition, individual membership on the Council is open to the entire community. Several individuals currently serving on the Council have no official affiliation with any of the member organizations.
