Md Masud Rana is an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas at Tyler. He joined UT Tyler in Fall 2024 after completing postdoctoral training at the University of Waterloo, Canada. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo (2023), and both his M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh. His research focuses on nanotechnology, energy harvesting, and advanced materials for electrical and computer engineering applications.
