He is the Sol Goldman Clinical Professor of Law at Yale Law School. His expertise is in immigration law, labor rights, and international human rights. He co‑teaches in the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic (WIRAC), where he and his students represent immigrants and workers in litigation and advocacy. He has also worked on high‑profile cases, including representing a prisoner at Guantanamo Bay and serving as Senior Counselor to the U.S. Secretary of Labor (2023–2024).
