Omid Ghaemmaghami is an Associate Professor at Binghamton University in the Translation Research and Instruction Program (TRIP) and Middle Eastern and Ancient Mediterranean Studies. He earned his PhD in Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies from the University of Toronto. His research focuses on Islamic intellectual history and the literature and development of the Bábí and Bahá’í religions.
