Shahab Vahdat is an Assistant Professor of Bioengineering at the University of California, Riverside (UCR) and Director of the Stroke NeuroRecovery Lab. He joined UCR in 2024 and is also affiliated with the Neuroscience Graduate Program. His research focuses on neuroplasticity, motor system recovery, spinal cord imaging, and stroke rehabilitation.
