Ta’leem-UL-Haq Foundation was founded in 2008 after an influx of Muslim families migrating to the suburbs unveiled a need for an Islamic Center in the Romeoville/surrounding area.
Shortly after, we were able to establish a full-time Hifz class, part-time evening Nazirah classes at different houses in the community, and an extensive 6-week Islamic summer school program building the essential foundation for the faith of the young generation. However, after enrollment grew, we could no longer continue our programs at local houses and needed to purchase a property to hold our programs and offer a wider array of services to the community.
