Zain Al‑Houri is an Associate Professor of Instruction in Civil and Construction Engineering and Management at the University of Texas at Tyler. She earned her Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Washington State University (2008), her M.Sc. from the University of South Carolina (1999), and her B.S. from Jordan University of Science and Technology (1995). Over the past 15 years, she has specialized in water-related courses, mentoring, and supervising students, with substantial experience in both teaching and research.
