Halal meats are cooked separately from pork products and smoker racks are cleaned and sanitized in between cooks. We use a separate cutting board and knife. Currently serve brisket, burgers, smoked chicken breast, smoked bone in chicken, hot links, beef belly burnt ends, and DINO beef ribs are Halal.
