Our restaurant is all about recreating the flavors of the best fried chicken dishes, and we are so madly in love with it… that this is exactly how we named our restaurant! That’s right, Holdaak [홀딱] actually means “Madly in Love!” in Korean.
From tasty fried chicken, to fresh sandwiches and amazing garnishes and house made sauces, anything goes! Our original location is in Fullerton, California, but you’ll be able to find us in nearby stores very soon. Stay tuned and check it out!
