Maulin Patel and his wife Pratiksha Patel embarked on an exciting culinary adventure. Maulin, a second-generation restaurant owner from India, had always been passionate about sharing the flavors and traditions of his homeland with the world. Together, they decided to bring a new concept to the food scene by opening an Indian fast-food restaurant called “The Twist Indian Grill.” Located in Dayton Ohio.
Maulin and Pratiksha’s vision was to introduce Indian street food in a fast-food format, making it accessible and convenient for everyone. They believed that the rich and diverse flavors of Indian cuisine could be enjoyed on-the-go, without compromising on quality or authenticity.
